Controller Mares The Abyss 22 Navy II

The Submersible regulator Abyss 22 Navy has been meticulously designed to withstand the most challenging diving situations also faced by the United States Naval Forces (US NAVY) worldwide. This regulator has a special kit designed for dives in extremely cold waters. Its second stage has been coated with a specially treated fluoropolymer resin and is equipped with the exclusive VAD system for Mares.

The first stage of the Abyss Navy II demonstrates exceptional reliability even in extreme diving conditions. It is equipped with high flow pre-oriented DFC outputs and has passed the rigorous standards required by the United States Naval Forces, being approved by the United States Navy (US NAVY). It has been subjected to exhaustive testing, including extreme dives up to 60 metres deep for 30 minutes, with ventilation of 62.5 l/min, at water temperatures of -2 °C and a 6 minute climb in both fresh and salt water, maintaining a constant bottle pressure of 170 bar.

The second stage Abyss Navy II has a special fluoropolymer resin coating. Its design with the Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) system allows for dynamic airflow, ensuring natural and comfortable breathing at any depth. The second stage lid features the Mesh-Grid system, which optimizes water inlet and outlet flows, providing improved performance even in conditions of strong currents during immersion. The second stage Abyss Navy II is synonymous with reliability and durability, being the perfect choice for diving in the most extreme cold water conditions.
